happy 6th anniversary to me!!

just  a short post . as per usual these days. happy 6th sobriety anniversary to ME!!  braggin myself up. doesn’t seem like 6 years ago i stopped drinking but it has been. so much has happened in those 6 yrs. but i am ever grateful for family and friends who stood by me and helped me along the way.

i realized a long time ago that i would be an alcoholic. and i realized that now that i am clean that i can never go back to drinking in a social setting. it just isn’t something i am willing to try.

i am glad to have a web place where i can help others who are struggling, WFS. women for sobriety. it used to be an msn group, but now it is another one. it helps. if you are having issues with drinking, you might want to contact me and i will put you in touch with that group. they are an awesome group of women, just like you and me, who might be your doctor, lawyer, urban professional, stay at home mom, or anything in between.
