Finally. the mini home is officially SOLD. the funds have been transferred, and we are paying off things left & right. yaaay, no more credit card debt, the car loan is paid off, and we have a personal loan to take care of monday. YAFRIKKINHOO. then we will be able to reserve our tickets for our trip to calgary/banff/north bay....woot woot. can't wait.
tonight, we took a little trip to wal*mart and engaged in our first session of retail therapy. got new luggage for the trip. yaaay. we have had such a stressful time waiting for this paperwork, and that document, and having it come right down to the wire today (430p) (our bank closes at 5p). so glad everything finally came together. the stars really were lined up today. thank you.
