thursday....

....i slept crappy last night. in fact, did not even fall asleep until almost 6am. that really sucks. today is a new day though.

problems only bother me to the degree i permit them to.

i got an email from my team supervisor at around 130am....my shifts for thursday, friday and saturday have been approved, however, there have been some changes to the hours. instead of working 6 hr tonight and tomorrow night, i am gonna get just 4hrs.  saturday was, thankfully, unchanged.  

i got my bitchiness out in last post so here is what i have come up with; accept that i am part time (now that i know it--hmph), and deal with the hours that i get. i guess i ought to just be thankful for this job--they do direct deposit every other friday and email me a pay stub. so thank you for that.   i am still a little ticked about the whole no benefits thing or the bonus incentive stuff, but i guess they have their reasons for not implementing bonuses.  quite frankly, i am very financially motivated, i will work harder, and jump higher if there is a carrot dangling in front of my nose.  i guess the 'reward' for good work with this company is having the hours you request fulfilled. and that will have to just be good enough.

not very convincing am i?

there must be a way to work from home, doing this type of work, and be a full time employee, with a set # of hrs, benefits, and bonuses. i just have to find it.
