"XXXX worldwide, for what city please?"
f-tard " what is the daily rate?"
"i need a bit more information, please, where would you like the car?"
"does it really matter? i just need the price".

"i need to keep my car longer, how much will it be?"

"it was cheaper last year"
"our rates are subject to change, may i hold this for you?"
"well, how much would it be if i kept it longer, would it cost less?"
"the daily rate would be less, as you would then have it for a special weekly price, may i hold it for you, now?"
"it was cheaper than that last year, maybe a smaller car?"
"the price for the period, including discounts and taxes will be $XXXXX?"
,,,,click goes the phone,,,,,f-tard.
why is it that weekends really bring out the f-tards? i mean, i try and be as personable and helpful as possible. why is it that when the caller doesn't like what they hear, they act like it is all my fault? sorry, i haven't got that kind of power. i am just an agent, who takes calls, (and a fair bit of shit lately), and tries to give the best price possible. tell me what i need to know, i will do my best to book you at a great price. pfffffffffft.

You always make me laugh, I thought you were going back to work for a break. lol
ReplyDeleteAi djeez, how do you do it?
ReplyDeleteLike Ms. Vickie says, you must be so patient! I really wouldn't be able to take all those reactions!
Have a great day!
Its because they are morons on the weekend without someone there to tell them what to do like at work LOL
ReplyDeleteYou've got to have the patience of a saint to deal with that crap!
ReplyDeleteI had the same thing once. I was talking to one of the production managers on the phone, and I already thought I heard an echo when he spoke. Few seconds later I saw him coming off the toilet, and he shouted: 'I never get a moment of piece around here!' :)
