We have 8 in our group. What are we supposed to do now? i can offer you two full size cars at an estimated cost of.....But we are all going together...would you like me to hold those cars for you? i want a compack (huh?) car in chicago for 6 days starting today, i have bjs', sam's club, and costco discounts.  based on the information given, if booked now, your cost including taxes and fees is.....is that counting my FREE DAY coupon? may i have the cpn #? oh, i'm sorry that does not apply to this class of car, or period of the rental. i need to extend my rental here is my mva number. and may i have the credit card used to secure the rental? what do you need that for, are you gonna charge me NOW? no i need to verify the credit card on the contract so we can discuss the modification. the last 4 numbers are XXXX. may i have the number in its entirety? I don't want to BUY the car,  I just want to rent it a few days. the caller was renting an economy car in ft.myers for 5 days at an astronomical fee! 

it isn't just the callers that get to me. lately, there have been more incidents of scent for me. i have spoken to supervisors on 8 separate cases, about 6 people (2 repeat offenders), and have not yet missed time, just time off phone. the last supervisor i spoke with, friday evening, said that he has noticed an increase in the amount of reports due to co-workers and the perfume/scent policy. No Shit. most of the complaints are coming from yours' truly. if i need to be the spokesworker for this stupid policy, then so be it. each time i say something, it might save me or someone else from winding up in hospital, or worse.............asthma and other conditions that are aggravated from perfumes and chemicals isn't a laughing matter. it is fucking serious, man. the upper management must do more to see that the policy (such as it is) is upheld, and that there will be repricussions from the actions of the offenders. AAAAAARRRRGH, i'm so sick of feeling threatened in my workspace because i might get sick.  co-workers, please leave your perfume and body spray at home. i wish that the policy were stronger. i believe that it should be a mandatory SEND your ass home if you are wearing that shit. of course, the excuse is that management can't send someone home who is wearing deodorant, well, there is unscented stuff out there people. BUY it, use it. as for hand lotions, same thing..........lots of good, and inexpensive products out there for you to keep yourselves all soft and silky.   Fuck off!
