k graduated form atlantic business college last week. i have added some photos for you.

mom was in the hospital for 2 weeks, getting home on friday. she had a chest cold turned ugly, but she is feeling some better now. the antibiotics and extra aerosol masks assist her breathing. so that is good.

k & i are spending lots of time with mom at her home getting her ready to move to the new home in our fair city. we can hardly wait until she is in and settled.

we held a successful yard sale 2 weeks ago, and are holding another one this saturday. i posted some pictures of what we are selling.

no nibbles or even calls about the house yet. i wonder why? it is a nice home, with lots of room for a family to grow. it is reasonably priced in relation to the area market. i hope the agent can do something to promote the property. it is on the web site for the real estate company, and the listing agent did a good job with the pictures.

it was 30 years ago today that we first set foot on the property. there are so many mature trees now, and most of the bushes even grew to tree height. mom will miss the land, but she will get used to the new place and it will be good.
