didn't sleep well. the new job is good. so much information. i enjoy it, though. the atmosphere is great; very positive. today will be the 8th day on the phone. there are lots of resources for me to access to find the right info for the customer. i enjoy speaking to customers and having the freedom to take my time with them to resolve their issues. half way through my day, i begin to get really tired. my brain decides it is "all done" and i get panicky. i guess that happens to all the newbies.
i have made some new friends, as well as re-aquainting myself with former co-workers. it is a really great environment. AND i do not have to share my desk (yet) with anyone else. although i would if need be.
k's new job started out ok, but she is bored. it is mostly answering the phone and doing a bit of filing. she is stressed again. i hope it gets busier in the office so she can utilize more of her talents and training from school.
mom is doing alright. she is gradually getting used to her new surroundings, and we are trying to enlist a new real estate agent to get the old house sold before the snow flies. that is one big headache. she has Seth with her in the daytime, and we pick him up after work, whoever gets home first.
not much else going on. have a good day/night/or whatever time it is...................poet
