update on 2566. the water is on, the heat is up, and the inspection was done friday morning. the buyer has the report and is waiting on the results from the water tests. i hope he is ok with things as they are, he is not buying a NEW home. and he is getting it for a great deal. cross fingers and toes that this goes through.
