well things are coming together. i have a buyer and an accepted offer for 54. now the ball is in their court while they get their financing in place and the inspection done. they have by the 22jan to do these. then if everything is good, the closing date will be feb22. i am so happy. things are going along so nicely. must be my new and improved positive attitude. 2010 is gonna be OUR year!!!!
