day 14 is not going well. we stopped last night, and were all set for our first smoke free day. CRAP!!! lasted until 1pm. we have ciggys in the house again. we are not going to give in to NIKO. we are going to beat him. c'mon champix. help.
thanks tq. we really appreciate this help from you. i sent you an email. :) and added you to my contact list on google talk. :) anyhoo. we have now banished ourselves from our home. if we wanna smoke, out side we go. for ever i had said no one was going to put me out of my house, if i was gonna smoke i would do it in the comfort of my home. well i made the new rule to go outside. further to that, we have begun the washing of the walls. talk about gross. yellow/brown nicotine all over the walls. well the hall way is done,and the bathroom is done. tomorrow we tackle the kitchen and see how we make out. my back is sore, and we are both sad that we let ourselves down with this stop smoking thing. but we are going to make it, it just takes time. after all, we did smoke for like 30+ yrs. not going to be over in a wk or two. take care and thanks for reading ~~poet
