day 16 on champix. cutting down a lot today. might have had 7 cigarettes so far today for each of us i think. maybe 8 , but no where near what we were doing two wks ago. champix is making it easier to NOT chain smoke. we are working on the habit of smoking now. the first thing in the morning smoke, the after eating smoke, the getting in the car smoke, you know? we are not smoking in the car, and we only smoke in the house in one room, with the window open, and only at night (see previous post re: bear).
anyway, we took the day off cleaning today, to do a little bit of shopping and also run a few errands.
stopped by tq's page, he is off until monday, and checked in on Zoe, hi zoe, congrats on 6 whole days!!! keep telling us how you are feeling, it doesn't get old.
anyway, it is nap time, shall update later and let you know how the evening goes.
