day 17, 445p. unbelievable people! i have smoked just 5 cigarettes so far today, and have been up since around 830am. k has smoked 7 so far today, she was up a little earlier than i.
we are stunned by this! could the magic be started? hope so. we are going out this evening with my cousin and her husband, who do not smoke. this used to be a hard thing to do, tonight, however, it should not be worrisome at all. yippee, we are getting closer~~ steady as we go......laters.....poet
930pm update~ we are at 9 for k and 7.5 for me so far. not even 10! and we cannot believe it. keeping the eyes on the prize. more tomorrow.
