DAY 5~ friday. well we made it to day 5 folks. this is the longest i have been stopped for a lotta years. even when i was down and out with pneumonia i still tried to smoke some. this is monumental. (bestus and i take our bows)
today was not as stressful i don't think. i mean, i would be lying if i said i didn't wanna smoke, but well, i kinda do but then i keep remembering what day 3 was like, and i don't wanna repeat of that performance, EVER. neither does bestus. it was rough.
we are now feeling like we are getting sick with a cold. we each have a sore throat, and my chest is feeling a little odd, itchy almost. bestus did a lot of online reading and this is normal (yippee) . i guess ya gotta feel like shit before ya can feel great.
