day 8- had a nosh and the first 1 mg pill. take the other one at suppertime. the only side effect that i can see is interrupted sleep. still waiting on those vivid dreams :) . we are still smoking, but not nearly as much, from all we have read online, it is a progression to stop. and stop we will. :)
getting back into reading blogs that i have rediscovered after my absence. some are no longer written on, some are even deleted. but there are a few that are still ongoing, and just as entertaining as ever they were to draw me in in the first place. i need to be more like that....entertaining. time will tell.
it is raining today, but that is ok. the robins are back and singing. the frogs were singing in the trees last night. there is a saying that my late FIL told me a long time ago; "for every night in april you hear the frogs sing, there will be frost in may".
our river running through our city is going to hit flood stage soon. it is at 6m, and flood stage is 6.5m. let's hope it will be a kind flood. not like the one of 1973 or the 2008 one. those two years were the worst ones. water levels were at over 8.6m. much devestation. let's cross our fingers and toes that this year won't be a bad one.
going to go to local hardware store to get a price on a new deck. we flipped a coin, and still decided on a deck. it was a toss up between having the driveway paved (for ease of snow removal), or a deck. deck won! let's hope it is not too gastly a price.
