day 11 is drawing to a close. we are going to stop smoking on monday night. then we will go to sleep and awake on tuesday morning free non smokers. and that will be great.
then we will have the arduous task of cleaning this house from top to bottom. everything needs to be washed. we have lived here for 5 years, and yes we have spring cleaned every year, but this year is going to be different. we really are going to be free. i feel it.
bestus is having a little harder time with the full dose of champix, and has reduced back to .5mg2X daily. i took my 1mg this morning, but decided to give redution a go as well, i wanna see if i will sleep right through the night. the last three nights i have been awake from like 3am-530am. really messes with your head not being able to have a good night's sleep. so we will see.

we have a cheering section (tquittin,,,,see link on side bar). reading his blog really showed us that we can do this. we are going to this, and thank you tq for writing.
we really do need to get a chat thing going. :)

i was checking out facebook, and noting that my friends' list got all screwey again. mostly with classmates. so i have undertaken to re add them. hope they will accept and all will be right.

i got a phone call from a man in nova scotia today who says he is my second cousin. his grandmother and my grandfather were brother and sister. neat-o. maybe geneology is something i should get into. i mean i have a great time reading and doing research. found some long losts on the internet in the nb archives. never know what you will learn about. we are a small family really, and well i would like to know more. so i guess i should get into that.

that and my writing course, yeah i know i have not said much about that, but that is because i have not been paying attention to it. my bad. i am gonna. as soon as we get this cigarette thing taken care of. i shit you not. i will. after all the course is being paid for every month, i better get my ass in gear and get at it , right? right.
