Day 13- OMG, crave not cave day for me. yesterday was bestus, today it is me. everyone i saw while we were out this morning was smoking a cigarette. the smell of it in the air, you know the one, omg, we are home safe in our refuge now, and i just had my lunch and enjoying a cup of tea before i go to nap. and i hope i do not dream of smoking. i know i don't wanna start again, and i know i don't wanna go thru day three again, i have come this far and it is just the mental game now. but crap.......
ok, now i am better (kinda) i am gonna just dick a little time in on facebook and then head off to sleep. have a good saturday and i may be back later ....poet~
