"The Bruise"

Yes, friends, the bruise is still on my mind (and my thigh). the colour is going away nicely now, after all it has been 9 days. the little lump is still a bit tender, but nothing like it was. i am happy to report that. and here is the latest photo for your viewing pleasure. (note-- that IS my thigh, not my Butt).

    just an update. tomorrow will be 2 weeks since the fall. there is just the smallest discolouration now, and the lump, well, it is still a teensy bit sore, but nothing like it was. i will be more careful next time for sure. have a great night, my friends...............poet
