just going to run off at the finger for a while. been studying processes like mad and need a break.  this afternoon, we are supposed to be getting used to the programs we will need to process chats, calls and customer sales. AND we are going to be taking LIVE CALLS. only three hours today tho. they call it a WebEx session. frankly, I don't think we have had enough time or training on the systems to get through a call with a customer. we'll see i guess.

so blogging. yes, well i have been trying to get something on here on a more regular basis. this new job has certainly been taking its toll on my head, and sleep patterns. last night i took gravol and tylenol and hoped to sleep, and from 12-8 i did, like the dead. i needed the rest.  i have also been trying to get around to all the blogs i used to go to in the past, oh and with the help of networked blogs through FB, i have found some more that i really enjoy. feel free to click the side bar at right, under Regulars, to see what is there. i also have been adding some things to the blog page, like counters and such. I like to know from whence you came, and so now i know. i have had visitors from all over the world now, i credit that to networked blogs, and the blog farm.  check it out, you never know what you will find.

ok, enough, i need to get back to it. at 430p my time i will be trying to get used to all this new stuff, and i need to study more, and get some stuff printed out so i can line my desk and the walls with knowledge. until next time, readers, make today GREAT~ poet
