well readers, tonight was my first 4 hr shift. no news is good news, so i must be doing ok. surely, they would message me or email me if they thought i needed some help.
last week i did two three hr shifts, and they were ok. no one said anything to the contrary, so... i must say, however, that i prefer speaking to people who have already agreed to a follow up survey, so they know we are calling back, as opposed to cold calling. i did some of both tonight. the cold calling one i really didn't care for. i mean, i don't care if you hang up on me, at least listen to the reason for my flippin call. if you just hang up i am just going to throw your number back in to the system and you will hear from us again soon. :) if you tell me , no thank you i am not interested, then i will say thank you and that will be that. for this survey anyway. now if you tell me, don't you ever call me again, i will remove your number and we will never call you again. easy peasy!!
i am almost thinking there will be some new material for my old F for F posts. we'll get some good ones, i am sure. :) until then, i guess i will sign off for tonight. tomorrow is going to be a busy day, why you ask? well, i would like get some outside stuff put away, and/or covered up for winter. the snow blower is going to the shop in the morning (around 10), i have to take Kane for his morning walk--want to go at least 45 minutes tomorrow, and naturally i must piss away some time on the interwebz. oh and i need to have a nap too. then prepare for another fun filled shift :)
