Sunny Sunday~

sunny sunday to you all. still have myself a headache from the fall yesterday, and to add to that, a very sore back. fun times. i should forgo the nap and finish up the door to door begging for money for the charity, but i am not up for it today. i have until month end, as this is diabetes awareness month, so i will go around tomorrow if the weather is cooperative.

sunday is family day here. so the kids and our friend R will be here this evening. it is so nice to have such a tradition. i'm glad that everyone is comfortable when they come here. it is a good evening, with laughs, and relaxation, and murphy and kane have a great time wrestling and playing. those two dogs never seem to tire. wish i had their energy some days.

my hours for the coming week have been approved (6pm-11pm) so that is a bonus. well, actually it will be a bonus when i actually see if i get to work for all those hours. funny, they approve them, and then things change and i get less. i guess that is just the way it is. but i would think they would try harder to see to it that things are lined up better. maybe that is just my ignorance in the way things really are. but it would be my hope that i would get the hours i requested. if i did not NEED the amount  i put in, i would not submit in the first place.

i did tell my team supe that i really dislike political cold call polling calls, and preference of projects trumps hours, so we'll see what she does with that information.

k is doing well with her new gig, and as time goes on she will get faster at the project files she is working on, and we'll be rich i tells ya!! ahahah. seriously though, she is really liking it.

our journalist friend sent a photographer to our home yesterday to get a few pics of us at our desks in our home offices :)   the story, we are told, is to be published along about thursday, so i will include a link as soon as i get it. i believe that all companies in this day and age should see the vast advantages to having remote agents. i mean, really, see my other post....there are so many advantages.

anyway, readers, it is time for nap. and tylenol. make today GREAT~ poet.
