day12 champix~ sunday~ tomorrow night is the last time we are gonna smoke cigarettes. this i know. i did .5mg last night, and slept the night thru....yayy me. today i have been up since before 7am and have only had 6 cigarettes. another yaay me thing.
i have been going back and reading tq's journal blog about stopping, and how he is doing. you should, too. it is really helping us out. we are gonna make it.
just a shorty update, we are in the middle of sunday cleaning and laundry (as always). then need nap. then family arrives and we have our sunday evening ritual.
