Day 28/2~ well, champix is living up to the tales of the dreams...holy $#%$#%$#. got up this morning sleepier than when i went to bed. um, is that a good thing? nope, but i am only going thru this stuff once, so let's just deal with it, i guess.

i would be lying if i said i didn't miss smoking. i do, honest i do. but i am looking at it this way, i cannot do it. i have my squishy ball and doing lots of deep breathing, changing up the routines here, and trying to keep busy. and naps, (except for the dreams) are still my favorite time of the day.

bestus seems to be doing ok today. she misses smoking too. this is really hard. of course its hard, but we have been thru harder things, bestus :) and we are going to make it this time too, right? no more enabling (as easy as that would be)
(that was the little red devil on my right shoulder, speaking to the white angel on my left). i am stuck in the middle with those two AND Nico, the nicotine bastard monster.

so this makes little or no sense, and that is how my mind is working. so enough for now, will update as we go. have a great day all

oh it looks like rain, so we are not going to begin the deck yet. this has to be a pleasurable experience, and building a deck in the rain is not conducive to pleasure. ...............poet
