everything is fine now. the phone conference with my team supervisor went really well. went through all the systems and how to log into them, what to click here, when to click there. how to schedule my own shifts even!! tomorrow, i will begin my shifts on my own (and if i have any questions, there will be a supervisor available for me). this is just going to be awesome!! i feel much more at ease with this type of calling, because it will be surveys, not selling anything. i have never done this type of job before, and the training and everything has been so laid back, and relaxed, everything being covered, and all the ducks in a row (before i start speaking to real respondents). that to me, is very important. so, my hours for thursday and friday will be 6pm -9pm, because C, my TS (team supervisor) wants to ease me into the routine. next week i have scheduled myself for 6pm-10p and then the next week go full tilt -- 6pm-12am, and saturdays from 1pm-7p. i am very confident that i will master this gig, and that i will be a great interview agent. :) wish me luck tomorrow.
in comparison to New Job #1, this is just the complete opposite end of the spectrum. and i still have not heard from them about the pay that i am owed. wonder what is up with that? i guess i will send another email to them asking what's up?
